The OTCI is available in two versions, one for an organization to assess its own archetypal culture, and a second for individuals to use in assessing their perception of the company they work for.
OTCI for Organizations
The OTCI® Professional Report provides a detailed analysis of organizational archetypes and alignment of values with strengths and across organizational units.
OTCI for Individuals
The OTCI® Basic Report (available without restriction) provides a detailed analysis of how you perceive the cultural archetypes of your workplace.
